Teams of 2,
5 rounds for time
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 air squats

Fitness: Divide reps between each person, complete 5 rounds total, rest 3 minutes between rounds
Performance: Alternate complete rounds, complete 5 rounds each
Sport: Complete as an individual and rest 3 minutes between rounds
