Hey Rebels

Here are the current updates for next weekends Summer Challenge.

The Rebel Summer Challenge is one week away.  To help the event run smoothly and to answer most questions here is a small post to clarify the details of the day.

Schedule of the day:
8 am – Gym open
8:30 am – Judges meeting
8:45 am – Athletes meeting
9 am – First workout
10 am – Second workout
11:25 am – Obstacle course
12: 45 pm – BBQ
2 pm – raffle and prizes

BBQ notes:
Burgers, dogs and condiments will be provided.
Potluck for salads, sides, desserts and other options (sign up sheet will be posted at gym)

Raffle and prizes:
We will have a 50/50 draw
If anyone is interested in adding to the raffle table please talk with Keith
(i.e. small items, homemade treat, etc.)

Heat schedule:

Workout #1, Burpee relay:
Heat 1:
(9 am – 9:10 am)

AA + Devin
KD + Sellers
Lisette + Diesel
Joanne + Craig
Heat 2:
(9:12 am – 9:22 am)

AJ + Inder
Robyn + Mat S
Jess + Jon
Heat 3:
(9:24 am – 9:34 am)

HH + White knight

Workout #2, Skills:
Medicine ball toss (10 am – 10:15 am)
Rowing Watts test (10:15 am – 10:30 am)
Broad jump test (10:30 am – 10:45 am)
Shuttle sprints (10:45 am – 11 am)

Workout #3, Obstacle course:
10th and 9th place teams (11:25 am -11:35 am)
8th and 7th place teams (11:40 am -11:50 am)
6th and 5th place teams (11:55 am -12:05 pm)
4th and 3rd place teams (12:10pm -12:20pm)
2nd and 1st place teams (12:25pm -12:35pm)
