HANDSTAND DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGE:
Gymnastics bodies is hosting an online Handstand challenge for January 2015. Each day a new drill, skill or exercise will be posted and the challenge will be to execute the necessary work each day. Our open gym times will be the best opportunity to participate although most exercises can be performed anywhere.

THE CROSSFIT OPEN 2015
January programming will continue to add volume with respect to CrossFit MetCon’s. We will also repeat many of the Open WOD’s from the past few years to track fitness progress over the year. Thursday will now be rest day for the Sport group and a new Sport class will be on the schedule every Friday to plan, discuss and train for the Open as a group. If you are interested in joining this group please talk to Keith directly. Everyone is welcome although this class is very fast paced and experience is key.
Notes on the Open:
If you are planning on participating in the Open this year make sure to chat with one of your trainers. If you plan on participating in the Open for “the fun of it” then please continue to train as normal and the Open WOD’s will be scheduled every Friday for our Performance group.
The scored/judged competitions will take place every Saturday. If you are going to participate in the Open as a competitor this year? Booking time with Keith is essential. Then you will come up with a comprehensive plan for training up to and during the Open season.
