WOD NOTES: Today is the last of three team WOD’s this week. Athlete one starts the sit ups, and completes all reps, person 1 moves on to the push ups and completes as many as possible before person 2 completes the situps any remaining push ups will be divided by the 2 athletes. Then the dead lifts can be alternated for a total 50 reps. Fitness and Performance Teams of 2, 50 Ab mat sit ups each 75 push ups total 25 Dead lifts @65% each Sport Teams of 2, 30 GHD Sit ups each 20 MU total 10 Hang power cleans 185/115 each
