B1. Strict Ring dips 4 x 8-10 reps
Rest 30 seconds between sets

B2. Ring pull ups 4 x 8-12 reps
Rest 30 seconds between sets

B3. Ring L sit 4 x 15-20 seconds
Rest 60 seconds between sets
