Hey guys, I know you have all been anxiously awaiting the workout announcement. There have been many questions and concerns over the past few weeks. Will there be double unders?…Will there be pull ups?…Will if I can’t do HSPU?…What about running? And T2B? Okay, without any more delay here are the workouts: Both working at the same time WORKOUT #1 2000 m row + 150 wall balls WORKOUT #2 Max weight sled pull Alternating as needed WORKOUT #3 3 rounds for max reps 60 seconds of box jumps 24/20 (Masters 20/16) 60 seconds of push press 75/55 (Masters 55/35) 60 seconds of burpees 60 seconds of power cleans 95/65 (Masters 65/45) 60 seconds of rest

Schedule updates: Winter and Holiday season 2013
Just want to fill everyone in on some schedule changes coming over the next few months. These schedule changes have been made based on multiple requests. Getting to the gym should be an easy process and not a stressful task. We want the schedule to facilitate your ability to train on a weekly/monthly basis. We look forward to adjusting the class schedule together. December: New classes: Monday 5 pm Tuesday 5 pm Wednesday 5 pm Thursday 7 pm So this means from Monday – Thursday we have classes at 5, 6 and 7 pm. January: Olympic lifting classes will move to Monday and Wednesday evenings 6 pm. We are also adding a 12 noon class on Thursdays for those interested in competing in the “Open”. Fall Schedule and new classes
It’s time to start thinking fall… Days are shorter, geese are flying south and hoodies are starting to make a regular appearance. Here are some changes to the Fall schedule, starting September. We are testing out this schedule for one month and then making adjustments based on participation and request. Monday: 8 am – 6 pm – 7 pm Tuesday: 8 am – 11 am – 6 pm – 7 pm Wednesday: 8 am – 6 pm – 7 pm Thursday: 8 am – 11 am – 6 pm – 7 pm Friday: 8 am – 11 am – 5 pm Saturday: 10 am There are a two new classes listed on the schedule: Fitness ( level 1) These classes are focused on developing functional movement patterns, learning skills and allow plenty of time for questions, discussions and practice. All fitness levels are welcome to attend classes. Our new members…
