Paleo Thai Beef Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 – 15 minutes Ingredients: Local Organic Lean Ground Beef Green curry paste (Paleo friendly) Garlic Ginger Snap peas Peppers Cherry Tomatoes Asparagus a little hit of Braggs liquid aminos Thai basil Directions: 1- Dice garlic and ginger 2- Brown the garlic and ginger in the pan 3- Add beef and cook until brown colour or 160 degree F (still oily enough that you don’t need to put oil in the pan) 4- Add curry paste and a hit of Braggs or Coconut liquid aminos 5- While the beef is cooking, chop snap peas, asparagus and peppers 6- Toss in veggies and cook for a few minutes while keeping the veggies firm 7- Finish with thai basil 8- Serve and enjoy
April Paleo challenge
The Rebel’s April Paleo challenge starts April 1st (not April fools joke). This challenge is an individual challenge but creating a support system with friends, family etc… will keep you accountable and successful. This challenge is a way to better health and performance for a longer, happier life. You must consider new habits, routines, and time management to help this new lifestyle become easier. You might have to overcome temptations while you’re “on the go,” with friends, attending a wedding, birthday party, on vacation, or in your own home. There are no exceptions. Cauliflower rice
Love rice but don’t love the unnecessary carbohydrates? Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 5 – 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 Head Cauliflower 2 tbls butter pinch of salt and pepper Directions: 1- Cut into small bite sizes pieces. 2- Place into a pot of boiling water. 3- Cook until you can gently insert a fork, should still be firm. 4- Drain water. 5- Use a potato masher to break up cauliflower. 6- Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
